Op basis van jouw antwoorden ontvang je een <strong>persoonlijk rapport<\/strong> met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>een overzicht van de sterktes van je school<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>concrete groeipunten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gerichte aanbevelingen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>links naar relevante materialen en ondersteuning op het platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De tool is voornamelijk ontwikkeld voor het <strong>basis- en secundair onderwijs<\/strong>. Ook professionals uit de kinderopvang en het kleuteronderwijs kunnen ermee aan de slag, al is niet elke vraag in die context even relevant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:38px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6 inhoudelijke domeinen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De self\u2011assessment tool rond <strong>\u2018Inclusion and wellbeing\u2019<\/strong> evalueert zes belangrijke domeinen die samen een beeld geven van hoe inclusief en ondersteunend een schoolomgeving is. Deze domeinen zijn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Schoolbeleid en visie<\/strong>: in welke mate inclusie en welzijn verankerd zijn in het beleid en de visie van de school.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leiderschap en schoolorganisatie<\/strong>: hoe het schoolteam en de directie inclusie en welzijn ondersteunen en organiseren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Onderwijspraktijk en leeromgeving<\/strong>: hoe lesgeven en evalueren inspelen op de noden van alle leerlingen, met aandacht voor differentiatie en betrokkenheid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ondersteuning van leerlingen<\/strong>: welke begeleiding en zorg de school biedt om alle leerlingen gelijke kansen te geven.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Relaties en schoolklimaat<\/strong>: de kwaliteit van de relaties tussen leerlingen, leerkrachten en de bredere schoolgemeenschap, en het cre\u00ebren van een veilige, respectvolle omgeving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Samenwerking met ouders en externe partners<\/strong>: hoe de school samenwerkt met ouders, externe diensten en de bredere omgeving om inclusie en welzijn te versterken.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze zes domeinen helpen scholen om systematisch te reflecteren op hun werking en gericht te werken aan verbetering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:38px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wetenschappelijke basis<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De self-assessment tool is gebaseerd op Europese onderzoekskaders en beleidsaanbevelingen. Concreet vertrekt ze vanuit de inclusie\u2011indicatoren uit het <strong>NESET\u2011rapport \u2018Structural Indicators for Inclusive Systems in and around Schools\u2019<\/strong>.
